DTG Direct to Garment

Direct to Garment is a good choice in terms of design flexibility and best of all the decorated fabric maintains its softness.  This printing process uses specialized or modified ink technology directly to garments that are cotton rich. 

Garments that can be used should contain:  100% Cotton, Ring Spun Cotton, fine jersey, 80/20 Cotton Poly, 50/50 Cotton Poly.

This is also great for high resolution art, photographs and one off shirts.


Embroidery is the process of creating a dimensional decoration on the fabric surface using a needle and thread, in a wide variety of colors.  Requires fabric with suitable body and weight to support the decoration.

Vinyl Heat Press Letters

Vinyl heat transfer is a process that heat sensitive adhesive material are applied to fabric using a heat press.  Great use on uniforms and single color designs.

Heat transfer or Sublimation printing is when design is heated to a high temperature and applied to a material the ink enters the pores of the material giving a smooth and soft to the touch feel.
